I've always dreamed of making people's stomachs happy, while helping them change their lives in the process. Reintroducing ingredients in easy to digest ways is my goal. Caring about what we eat may seem like a new idea, but I want the young and old to know it's ingrained in our history. Eating well can become part of our present and future if we taste with new perspective. I've been cooking for over ten years and have worked with some of the greatest food stylists in the country.
